NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
of MAGNA WATER DISTRICT
Regarding Proposed 2023 Budget
Public notice is hereby given by Magna Water District (the “District”), pursuant to Utah Code Ann. §17B-1-608 thru 610, that the District will hold a public hearing on November 9, 2022, at 6:00 pm at the District’s General Office, located at 8885 W 3500 S, Magna, Utah. The purpose of this public hearing is to provide the public with an opportunity to be heard concerning the District’s proposed 2023 budget. The proposed budget shall be available at the District’s Main Office, located as expressed above, for public inspection at least seven days prior to the public hearing.
