NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MAGNA WATER DISTRICT

Regarding Amended Impact Fee Facilities Plans and Amended Impact Fee Enactments

 

Public notice is hereby given by Magna Water District (the “District”), pursuant to Utah Code Ann. § 17B-1-111, that the District has prepared an amended Impact Fee Facilities Plan and an amended Impact Fee Enactment for each of its culinary water, secondary water, and sanitary sewer services and that a public hearing will be held on the proposals January 14, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the District’s offices, 8885 West 3500 South, Magna, Utah. The public is invited to attend and to comment on the proposals. Due to COVID guidelines, public’s attendance is limited to audio via WEB-EX.  Please see our website for the link to join the meeting.  Following the public hearing the District’s Board of Trustees will consider adoption of the proposals. Copies of the proposed amended Impact Fee Facilities Plans, amended Impact Fee Enactments, summaries and analyses will be available at the District’s offices and the Magna public library for public inspection and review at least fourteen days prior to the public hearing.
